This building has not grown in capacity in the year we have been here. It's amazing to me that the management team can have such snotty attitudes, when they can't seem to get the building above 49% full. There are 2 people on our floor. When I DO see someone else in the hallway, I think they must be lost. I can't wait to get somewhere where other actual human beings live. Oh, and NOT kid friendly. Don't move in if you have a family! They are not welcome, although dogs don't seem to be a problem at all.
As far as the rest of the staff, they are great. The concierge and the valet drivers are awesome. They are always very willing to help. When we first moved in however, it took us 4 visits from mantanence to fix a water leak, causing mildew in our bathroom. The first 2 times they came in, they sprayed tilex on it. What a joke!

This building looks beautiful and great location. If it is only half full I suggest a consultant we use who keeps our properties full. Jennifer Nevitt owner of Bravo Strategic Marketing is the best at filling up properties esp. Luxury. Hope this helps the Ownership.
