I was astonished at the beginning while we were looking for apartment. Great view, parking valley, clean community areas... We signed the leasing agreement three days ago and moved in however we cannot unpack yet because the maintenance has to come to the apartment and clean-up. We were chasing these guys but every day leads to another day... I don't know... I see these meintenance guys around just doing nothing and yet they are not in our apartment yet which drives me crazy... What also bothers me the policy.... they cannot do the meintenance before you sign the leasing and after that you have to wait until they go in there... Also be careful about your parking lot... we have two parking lots however they are on different floors and they are not the best lots. There are no more nice parking places left...
anyway think twice...
