I've lived here for a year and moving out soon. Mgmt has never been quite responsive almost like you don't trust that they will do anything about your concerns. For example, I asked recently to be assigned the parking space right next to mine. I have never seen a car in that space so I know it to be vacant. When it rains, my car gets wet from a crack in the parking garage roof directly above my car. Mgmt told me that the space was occupied and the only choice I had was parking on the uncovered roof. Basically, they fed me a lie.
