Poor Maintenance and Management

I've lived in this building for over 3 years.
The service has drastically gone downhill! The location, of course, is great. (As is the pool)
However the management and concierge do NOT follow through with their commitments.
On a saturday afternoon, they have no maintenance, even for emergencies (at 4:00 p.m). They say they have 24 hour staff, but when called on serious issues, their response is apathetic at best.
Many issues have "been completed" by maintenance, only to find, that whatever was broken, really was never fixed at all.
Many times.
Maintenance has entered my apartment (many many times) after I had provided a Written Request stating that at "no time whatsoever is (was) Anyone to enter my apartment".
These issues are serious issues in my opinion.
There are many more examples that I could add. I think it best to summarize by saying that the maintenance and the staff (there a few excellent members) leave much to be desired.
