Warning!!!!! Management does not care about loosing you as a resident/tenant. I had a really bad experience dealing with management due to some repairs that were needed in my apt. They told me the repairs were going to take 7days and asked me to move me to another unit with just my clothes while they completed the work; however three different deadlines passed by, and the repairs actually ended up taking 23 days. To top it off, some of my furniture was damaged during the project and its been a month and nothing has been done.
I consistently complained to management and even to the corporate office in NY, and they offered no consideration or compromise for the major inconvenience they had put me through. I totally agree with another person in this review forum who stated that this management is completely void of even a shred of integrity, or the notion of customer satisfaction.

I am the Assistant Manager at this community and just to clarify, this person has the wrong information. I was here in November and we did not ask anyone to move out so that we may complete a work order request. Also, our corporate office is not based out of New York, they are in Sugar Land. We are human and we do make mistakes, but not in this case. All of us here in the leasing office are dedicated employees and do everything we can to make our residents happy.
