07/09/14 by pepperkittyn: I lived here from 07/12 - 8/13, before I changed jobs and had to move closer to work. I loved living here, though. Maintanence was always very fast and very good (not to mention very nice), and the office staff was very nice and accommodating. The grounds were kept nice, and for the most part, it was a pleasing experience. At the time I lived there, there were a couple of tenants who thought more

05/07/14 by anonymous: I moved her in September, 2013 after looking for a while. I love living here. It's just the right size so that management takes care of all requests quickly. I love my apartment layout and although the buildings are not new, my apartment was remodeled from top to bottom. There is hardly any disturbance at this apartment. It is quiet, ALWAYS clean, and the owners and more

04/14/14 by luis.londono@harrishealth.org: I just want to share with anyone that's looking for a great apartment to live in for a short time or extended period to give Parc at Southgreen a look. I have been here for a little over a year and have nothing but positive experiences and relationships with everyone from the office staff to the groundsmen. Neighbors are freindly and the management staff follows through with any concerns. more

05/16/14 by anonymous: Management is strict with late fees. I came in the next day as soon as they opened... Still got charged $50. I'm a good tenant and in any other place I lived if anything like that has happened they have let me slide. Managers aren't helpful. Julia is extremely rude and not willing to hear you out or even act like she cares about the issue at hand. Management doesn't recognize that more

03/05/14 by Hoss1988: Worst community you possibly can find in midtown area. the complex is old, and you will have a lot off problems living there. Windows are single pane and not only you will end up paying a lot on electricity, you can hear everything on streets clearly! you can even hear the guy on Starbucks phone taking orders cross the streets! (not a good thing in early morning Saturdays!) very unsafe parking lot more

07/19/14 by anonymous: This particular Camden is ok. It's definitely not luxurious though so I would have to say that's misleading in the description. It's rather old although the landscaping looks nice. The pool area needs additional lighting because it's really dark and creepy. Staff is ok... Although they aren't very outgoing or involved. The previous manager and staff were really personable more

06/25/14 by sdhaynes: I absolutely loved living here. When I moved in, I was able to get the apartment at a really good rate! I was very shocked on the price of these apartments I know that I would have paid way more inside the loop. The amenities are very nice. I had no complaints about anything. The only reason I moved was because my dog was having separation anxiety and would bark all day because he wasn't use more

03/20/14 by anonymous: Lived at Fox Hall for 5 years. When moved in everything was nice but over the years things started going down hill. You never see the manager and when you need to you were told that she was not in. The staff in the office were rude and would not listen to you. The maintance staff seem to not know what they were doing, they eather had the water turned off for so-call repairs or were just more

06/02/14 by anonymous: Before choosing and moving into HCA in August 2013, I researched all of my options for an apartment in this area, and found HCA to be the best rated for security, professionalism, scenic appeal, rates, deals, and quietness. In addition, HCA provides a nice pool, great gym, and monthly events to get the residents involved with getting to know each other. For the past 9 months, I have been very more
