07/26/14 by acorn521tu: I have lived here only about four months, but love it. The groundskeeping staff is wonderful. Everything is always very well kept up and taken care of. Good luck finding another apartment complex with this much shade, trees, walking paths, flowers, green grass etc for this price in southeast Houston. Everyone is relatively friendly but mainly just minds their own business. I've never had any more

Reserve at Woodwind Lakes

14555 Philippine Street, Houston, TX 77040

07/18/14 by Verified Resident: I have lived here for almost 6 years. Great location, quiet and has nice landscaping. It is a comfortable place to live and pet friendly. The office staff has change quite a bit, but are helpful when all is said and done. I would recommend you try this community. more

The Core Apartments

3990 Washington Avenue, Houston, TX 77007

07/30/14 by Verified Resident: I don't feel like it is worth the money. You can hear dogs barking inside your home continuously and the grills never work. The concrete floors were dirty when I moved in and the complex refused to take care of this. People leave dog poop in the hall. more

The Reserve at Bankside

10700 Fondren Road, Houston, TX 77096

05/07/14 by anonymous: My experience in The Reserve at Bankside has been very interesting. I moved here because it was kind of a last option for me being a university student, and left my ex apts (which were suppose to be in a great, fancy area) because of serious mold in closet, that got in my clothe and shoes, bad staff, break in. The irony of it was that I was scared of moving in here because this is Fondren, I more

Marquee Uptown (formerly Marquee West Apartments)

2306 Mccue Road , Houston, TX 77056

05/07/14 by anonymous: I moved her in September, 2013 after looking for a while. I love living here. It's just the right size so that management takes care of all requests quickly. I love my apartment layout and although the buildings are not new, my apartment was remodeled from top to bottom. There is hardly any disturbance at this apartment. It is quiet, ALWAYS clean, and the owners and more

Park at North Vista

311 North Vista, Houston, TX 77073

05/16/14 by anonymous: Management is strict with late fees. I came in the next day as soon as they opened... Still got charged $50. I'm a good tenant and in any other place I lived if anything like that has happened they have let me slide. Managers aren't helpful. Julia is extremely rude and not willing to hear you out or even act like she cares about the issue at hand. Management doesn't recognize that more

Pavilion Place Apartments

5402 Renwick Drive, Houston, TX 77081

08/01/14 by anonymous: We lived here for four years, from 2010 to 2014. Pavilion Place is really some place you can call home. I lived here with my boyfriends as neighbors, we got married and moved together, we had our first child here, and now we are expecting for the second. We are moving out because we want to live closer to our son's daycare, and it finally comes to the sad point to say goodbye. To be honest, more

The Fairmont on San Felipe

6363 San Felipe, Houston, TX 77057

07/08/14 by anonymous: All I can say is be careful when reading these reviews because there's something suspicious about their 74% rating. A majority of these glowing reviews could have been easily written by the employees or girls in the office to boost up their ratings! Trust me, this place is not what they hyped it to be! There are more and far better apartments around that will give you the bang for your buck! more

West Brook

10990 West Road, Houston, TX 77064

07/26/14 by plush_813: I relocated to Houston from Raleigh, NC at the end of 2012. I searched several apartments in the area (closest to the school that I was going to attend), and it was by far the most affordable one that I found. The neighborhood (Jersey Village), is a quiet and somewhat safe area. Out of the year and a half that I stayed there, I believe I only received one notice of crime in the area....but crime more
