Domain by Windsor (formerly Domain at Eldridge)

1755 Crescent Plaza Drive, Houston, TX 77077

09/29/14 by mindysinnott: I have never reviewed an apartment before, but after the experience I have had at the Domain by Windsor, I felt that I needed to write one. This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in (although, not to mention the most expensive) and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Staff is incredible. All the ladies in the office somehow know me on a first name basis (always surprises me), more

Estancia San Miguel

13330 West Road, Houston, TX 77041

04/18/14 by anonymous: We stayed at Estancia San Miguel when relocating to Houston. My husband and I had not experienced apartment living for many years. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The complex was very quiet and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. They helped with directions around the area as well as suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommned Estancia San Miguel. more

Plaza Museum District Apartments

1615 Hermann Drive, Houston, TX 77004

10/25/14 by Verified Resident: Quiet, conveniently located close to public transportation. Lots and lots of green, nice neighbors. Appears to be free of the rowdy pool parties that prompted us to move out from previous apartment. It's not at walking distance to any grocery stores, and is 6 blocks away from the nearest mainstream pharmacy, which is Walgreens. The distance is partly offset by a shuttle service that runs regularly more

The Ivy at Clear Creek

300 Cyberonics Boulevard, Houston, TX 77058

10/24/14 by anonymous: I enjoy the location, that's about it. I'm almost done with my lease and I won't be signing another one here. The experience as a whole hasn't been too negative, but the price vs amenities is outrageous. The AC doesn't have duct work in my just runs in the ceiling, I can smell whatever my upstairs neighbors are cooking..the appliances are old, the cabinets are more

The Reserve at Bankside

10700 Fondren Road, Houston, TX 77096

05/07/14 by anonymous: My experience in The Reserve at Bankside has been very interesting. I moved here because it was kind of a last option for me being a university student, and left my ex apts (which were suppose to be in a great, fancy area) because of serious mold in closet, that got in my clothe and shoes, bad staff, break in. The irony of it was that I was scared of moving in here because this is Fondren, I more

The Vanderbilt (Formerly Lodge At Dairy-Ashford)

12660 Medfield Drive, Houston, TX 77082

04/20/14 by anonymous: I like the apartment complex overall, but would have loved to know about the parking policy before hand. I picked this complex because it was small and gated. Having to park outside the gate is a security concern. Other than that, I would recommend this place to others in a heartbeat. more

Camden Stonebridge (formerly Stonebridge Apartments)

9850 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77042

07/19/14 by anonymous: This particular Camden is ok. It's definitely not luxurious though so I would have to say that's misleading in the description. It's rather old although the landscaping looks nice. The pool area needs additional lighting because it's really dark and creepy. Staff is ok... Although they aren't very outgoing or involved. The previous manager and staff were really personable more

Estates at Bellaire (formerly Pin Oak Estates)

4807 Pin Oak Park, Houston, TX 77081

10/20/14 by Verified Resident: Overall I like living here, will continue to live here and and would recommend it. The staff has been great. When my car got broken into they were really helpful and empathetic towards the situation. I was also able to get my gym bag and everything inside back that was stolen. more

Broadstone West Eighteenth

2727 West 18th Street, Houston, TX 77008

10/20/14 by anonymous: Noise - Never heard any of my neighbors, unless someone is running down the hall for whatever reason. Grounds - Lots of dog poop that isn't picked up, but otherwise landscaping in the front is well-kept to give off a good appearance to prospective renters. Bats (yes, bats) have made a home in the courtyard in the back side of the apartment, and occasionally get stuck in the hallways. more
