03/11/14 by 2014unhappy: I have never seen an apt complex change so many things w/o any notifications, verbal or written. I was considering moving to these apartments but after visiting a current resident my car has been towed twice after the leasing office closed and it was a nightmare getting my car back called the police and they never showed up after an hr still nothing. They also have a bad roach and insect more

After that I found out my apartment was infested with bed bugs. My neighbor said there's several apartments that's infested including hers. I asked the manager to move us to another apartment and she wanted to charge us another more

05/03/14 by anonymous: I absolutely hate this apartment complex. The apartments are falling apart like you wouldn't believe. There is never any parking. The maintainence men never fix ANYTHING, and if on the rare occassion you actually get them to do there job, it is a piss poor job. They never buy new parts for repairs, they just use old salvage parts from other apartments to make things work. PLUS not more

08/03/11 by anonymous:NOTE: I lived there from 2007-2009 but the system is putting in just one year for some reason. 405 Hawthorne could be a great place, but with some of the issues, it's just adequate. Location is a plus. You can easily stroll down the neighborhood to a convenience store, shopping area or bus stop in about 10 minutes. It's easy to get to know your neighbors since there are more
