I feel so lucky to live here, don't want to move - I love this complex, I have to move due to a job change and am sad to leave. The landscape, friendliness of office staff, beautifull lanscape, pool, and business center. I don't usually hear any of my neighbors, and I've only seen 2 roaches in the last 3 years. The tenents are professionals in business, law, etc. There are very few cars in the lot during ...Full review of Crossing At White Oak

Great apartments but any rain floods the parking lot... - The apartments I think are really good. You do hear the garage door open and people turn on their cars and slam the doors in the garage. But it is a very quiet community where everyone generally keeps to themselves. A little overpriced. The one MAJOR complaint is the flooding in the parking lot. Any rain good luck getting out unless you own a truck or suv and even then it is risky. ...Full review of Bellagio Apartments

Not Bad - I moved here in July of '08 and wanted to put up a good review counterbalancing the negative one that was posted in January. My guess is the same person who wrote that one then commented on the most recent review of a new resident. I find it suspicious that the person lived there 7-8 yrs if their experience was as terrible as they say. Why not move after the first year when your lease is ...Full review of Windchase Hamlet Apartments

Dim-witted Staff - I have lived here for just over a year and it is extremely difficult to discuss matters of concern with the office staff. I find that most of my discussions with them have gone over their heads and they are unable to discuss/resolve the issues at hand as a result of incomprehension. The office staff also has a serious double standard when it comes to enforcing policies. On one hand a policy will ...Full review of Plaza Museum District Apartments

Good for the price! - I've lived here for two years, and there are definitely both pros and cons to this complex. When I moved in, this was definitely the nicest complex in the loop that I could find for the price. The location is convenient, apartments are a nice size, and the amenities are decent. Anything nicer is either a couple hundred more a month for the same size apartment, or very ...Full review of The Grove at White Oak

Former Tenant - The Good: The staff are very nice and quick to respond to complaints. The patios are huge. The environment around the pool is quiet. Had mostly the same neighbors for 2 years and felt safe. The Bad: I was told before move in (was in a semi-desperate situation & didn't see my unit before hand) that the unit would be updated. It was NOT. Appliances were very old/electricity guzzling/ugly beige ...Full review of Chasewood Apartments

Don't do it! - Other than a good deal on this apt I wouldn't move here again. They are extremely flacky about their rules. One moment it's this and another it's that. The security guards there are all perverts and they barely speak english! Apartments are really old, they don't like to update anything, it takes them longer to come fix anything wrong with the appliances than any other ...Full review of Lantern Village Apartments

great place to live - We found that this place was a great place for my daughter and her friend to live while attending college. The people at the front desk were always willing to work with us and very helpful. After Ike hit last Sept. the damage to their apartment was address and fixed that week. We felt that they were very safe at the apartment. I would highly recommend this place. ...Full review of Jefferson Estates at Bellaire

Great place to start - I moved straight into a studio at this complex 6 months ago after moving from out of state and have never had any major problems living here. The location is fantastic. Every store/restaurant you can imagine is only 1 or 2 miles away (mostly on Westheimer) and Galleria/downtown is very closeby. Management has been extremely attentive and striaght-forward, and problems with my apartment were ...Full review of Park at Woodlake

Resident for 2 yrs - My fiance and I have been residents here now for 2 yrs. When we first moved in it was a REAL nice place. Now as the others say, its been almost a year since the hurricane and STILL looks horrible. Every time we have friends come by, they ask, "What happened?" The pool is disgusting!! And now there's always little hoodlem kids that come and play basketball and leave the ...Full review of Settlers Ranch
