This apartment complex is the BIGGEST piece of CRAP complex I have EVER lived in!! Put plain & simple, these people will IGNORE your maintenence requests, and i GUARANTEE you, you will have MANY of them!! the noise is UNBELIEVABLE!! I have been making complaints since MONTH ONE, and not ONE damn thing has changed!! All the air vents rattle all night long. I had a leak that lasted ONE whole month and flooded my entire kitchen & living room......it smelled like mold, our groceries were destroyed, and did they care'!'! NO!!! didn't even offer to compensate and when brought up, denied to do so. Apparently the comfort of your tenants isn't high on these peoples list of what is important!! I don't care HOW great the location is......you are better off pitching a tent at the West Alabama Ice House than signing your life away at this DUMP!! i COUNT down the days till my lease is up!!!! I wouldn't reccomend this place to my WORST enemy!!!
