Crossview Courts

2929 Crossview Drive, Houston, TX 77063

02/21/14 by anonymous: I think this is a great place to live. The staff is attentive, the grounds are kept clean, and the landscape is well kept. The fruit trees and roses are beautiful. As with any complex there are negative residents. If it is as bad as they claim why are they still there? more

Gables CityWalk (formerly City Walk Apartments)

2828 Greenbriar Street, Houston, TX 77098

03/23/14 by I have lived at this complex for going on 2 years come May. While the place is a bit outdated, overall it has been a good experience. The location is wonderful and the apartment is really convenient. You don't have to purchase a parking spot because there are always available spaces right next to your unit. The Maintenence is great too, they are always fixing things in a prompt manner more

Granite Club

8990 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77063

06/30/14 by anonymous: I live downstairs and can constantly hear the neighbors upstairs walking around. Loud thudding noises constantly, it is very annoying. I have been here for one month and signed a 7 month lease. I have 6 months to go, but I will break my lease to move out if i have to. That is how annoying it is. Besides that I have no other issues with the place. more

Las Palmas

1400 El Camino Village Drive, Houston, TX 77058

06/23/14 by mjbrennan12: This is a great place to live. I have been here for7years and love this complex. The landscaping is breathtaking especially now that our palm trees are newly trimmed and our lap pool has been resurfaced. We have a 24 hour manned security gate so only invited guests gain entry. They have continued to keep my appliances updated and the maintenance team is unsurpassed. Anytime there is a problem more

The office staff has always been very professional and the few times I've had a maintenance issue it was fixed very quickly - even in the evening on a weekend! They responded right away. 04/29/14 by Mrwaffles8: I just recently moved but lived here for over a year and wish I didn't move now. Loved this place and never had any problems. A little pricey but for that location that's what you will be paying anywhere around there. Great staff! Always are there if you needed anything. Great place if you have a dog. 2 big dog park/walking areas for your pet. Staff always gave my dog a treat when I walked more

03/12/14 by kiran1234567: We have lived at 7575 Kirby for almost 3 years now, with the other comments, this is NOT an apartment complex with a full staff, it is either privately owned, or leased by owner or broker. I have amazing brokers whom we rent our unit through, We have had no problems or issues in the 3yrs we have been renting. I love that we have reserved parking, for both cars now, but more
