Retreat at Westpark

10575 Westpark Drive, Houston, TX 77042

12/15/13 by JS_2013: I've been very happy with my apartment here at the Retreat at Westpark for the past year and a half. The office staff has always been very professional and the few times I've had a maintenance issue it was fixed very quickly - even in the evening on a weekend! They responded right away. The grounds are always well kept and looks great. I'm looking forward to renewing again next year! more

Somerset Apartments

8001 W Tidwell Road, Houston, TX 77040

07/13/14 by cyfairbusdvr: I now reside at the Somerset apts. and I am very disgruntled about the way they do not transfer their phone lines upon closing on a Saturday afternoon. Right now it 615pm on a Sunday afternoon and my AC has quit working and I tried calling the office and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. I have an elderly dog at my residence and I myself am not young. I tried calling Security to find out more

Sunset Shadows Apartments

9850 Meadowglen Ln, Houston, TX 77042

09/07/14 by anonymous: I have been a resident at Sunset Shadows Apartments for over 2 years now. I am very satisified with the Management Team, especially Eloisa. She was, and still is very professional, and her disposition has not changed since I have been a resident here. The rest of the TEAM are also AWESONE!!!! When ever I call the office regarding anything, even after hours, they try their best to return my call more

09/23/14 by yolo17: I've been at Water's at Winrock for almost 9 months. The location has been great and the staff is very courteous and accomdating. Ashley has helped me with numerous items and even lets me borrow an umbrella from time to time. Come check it out. more

3660 Richmond, Houston, TX 77046

08/12/14 by longhorn2222: 36Sixty is an amazing place to live. The staff is very nice and helps to solve any problems/inconveniences as soon as possible. I have had the best experience living at this apartment complex compared to any other apartment complexes. Not only is the staff great to work with, but it is in the perfect location (close to everything you may need), has friendly residents, and is available at a more

57 Off Memorial Apartments

160 Birdsall St, Houston, TX 77007

07/06/14 by bsydow: I have lived here for about a year. Probably going to sign for longer. In every city there are always upscale neighborhoods with lower income housing that lets people have the opportunity to live in the area. To put this into perspective the townhomes that surround the complex are new and probably more than half a million each and the apartment complex was built in the 50s. I am an engineer more

Champion Oaks Apartments

14150 Wunderlich Dr, Houston, TX 77069

05/20/14 by Really enjoyed the time both Ashley and Cj took to help my wife and I find our new home. The pool/grounds/whole area looks to be taken care of on a weekly if not daily basis. Really looking forward to moving in to such a nice area that is both in a great location and near not only my workplace but also a great many shopping centers! more

Galleria Oaks - Walden Internet Villages

5151 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77056

09/07/14 by medguy77056: Let's face it, there's no other apartment complex in the Uptown area that you will find for this price. That being said, the units had a major renovation inside a few years ago. Most apartments have tile or laminate flooring. The buildings are older, but the interiors are fresh. EVERY apartment complex will have it's issues. Yes the hot water may go out once or twice a year; but more

Pearl Greenway

3788 Richmond, Houston, TX 77045

08/07/14 by anonymous: Update- The amazing staff described below is no longer working here. New management doesn't live on property, or walk it, or care. It's been a huge downgrade in service. Half of the team left to another property and the other half quit after working with current staff... Just to give you an idea. And we are stuck with them. No follow up on issues, no fixing like they say they will, more

Prestonwood Apartments

13210 Prestonwood Forest Dr., Houston, TX 77070-4264

09/08/14 by adril.guerra: I've been living here for 2 years and I am satisfied with my apartment. My neighbors are very nice and always greet me when they see me. i am glad to see the parking lot expanded and I can actually find a parking spot now. The only thing I would like to see being redone here is the gym, management should really look into adding more machines. more
