Pros: Excellent location. Only minutes from downtown and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The grocery store is also only 2 blocks away. There is plenty of parking and it is behind a remote-access gate. The apartment area is very clean and maintenance is responsive and friendly. The office staff is also very friendly and will go the extra mile by doing things like putting your package in your apartment when you cannot get it. The pool area is pretty and the area immediately surrounding the building is always well-kept.
Cons: The insulation used in the building is very poor. I can hear most activities of the person above me - alarm going off, opening and closing of dresser drawers, doing laundry, etc. Be particularly careful if you decide on an apartment facing the pool, as music is played out there all day Saturday and Sunday in the summer, people throw nighttime parties out there regularly and the 10:00 pm pool closing time is not enforced. There appear to be a lot of students and people who have just graduated college here, so beware if that is not the atmosphere you are looking for. The water pressure is weak and I've heard other people complain of the same thing.
