This complex is convenient for the midtown area. However, be aware that it borders on a street that has homeless people on it at all times of the day or night (which I'm comfortable with, but some might not be). Be careful in distinguishing vagrant or homeless people from criminals. The homeless are really nice and just want some change; however, I had a friend get robbed on the street just two blocks from this location.

Perfect environment for those in school. Might not be the best for an employed person if you have to work normal hours due to the very high noise level from the street and neighboring clubs at night.

I agree with you on the place. It is a wonderl complex and people are super nice. Now on the leasing agents the guy is real nice and helpful but ------- is a real b****. She will help you only if you have a big load in your accounts and wallets and if you don't you will get her ugly attitude and sarcazime. She leaves in the complex and eventhough she lives probably a few feet away she makes it seem like her job is so miserable and tough. Like I said the guy is a trooper...he will help you in anyway possible but ------- has to see your wallet first. Overall...the place is a great place to live but need one new leasing agent.
