this place should be avoided like the plague

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The elevators are often out of service, a real pain in a high-rise. frequent crime in the building. the deposit check they returned to me bounced and i have yet to recieve satisfaction in three months, leaving me with only the option of a lawsuit. the management companys practices border on fraud.
