I've lived in this property for 10 months. To date, I've had great experiences with neighbors (everyone's friendly and most are considerate regarding elevators and noise) and the management is awesome - I've never waited more than an hour for repairs; the property's manager lives in the building and knows everyone by name.
Renting prices are a little high, but the apartments are well-built and prices would likely be higher in some other areas of the city. Since the surrounding area is "developing," it could be safer and nicer looking, but right now, it's keeping the building less expensive in which to live.
The balconies are huge - some of the biggest I saw while apartment shopping. Look elsewhere if communal swimming pools and large gyms are on your list.
