It's pretty nice

I've lived here for over a year, and I really like it. Most of the people who live here are great, and the staff is awesome and entirely helpful. The location can't be beat- right next to the entrance for 59, in Montrose/Midtown, 2 minutes to downtown, etcetera. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy, especially at night, and there are a few crackhouses nearby. Not much parking for guests, and the walls are very thin. The balconies are huge, but not very private. The views are great. The tenants are a nice mix of students and young professionals and are usually pretty good about being quiet...maybe not so much on the weekends though. Appliances are all up to date, granite countertops, slate/laminate flooring, wall to ceiling windows, loft-like look. Weird crap happens in this building sometimes (setting things on fire, people falling off...) but it always makes for an interesting time.
I'd definitely recommend living here. It's worth it.
