New Owners took over October 1,2004. Wow, They sent out a questonaire and found out how no one liked the manager. Bam, she was gone. They really read the answers to their questions of how the management could do better and Bam, things started happening. What a difference having some guys who care running the place. There's a complemenatry bunch on Saturday's with a chef from some place. Wowee somebody actually cares. By the way they replaced the maintence guys also with first class staff who actually do work orders within 24 hours. Now this really is a great place to live. I hope they go condo cause I'll be the first customer.
