These new owners are great. They completely fixed the security problem in the Garage. Have a security guard from 6P.M. to 6 A.M. every day. Wrapped the Parking deck in iron fencing and installed cameras.In addition they've put in a pool table and big TV's in the clubroom which is NOW open to the residents 24/7. Installed a free coffe/expresso bar. They have free Sat buffet with a chef. They are also the most active Cono Company in Houston. They've sold over 500 Condo in the Inner Loop in the last 2 years.
I know cuz I bought one and am thinking of buying at McCue. I'd rather be payin off my mortgage than by landlords. These are good guys and that's coming from a satisfied customer.
