Upon first approach the staff seems friendly and helpful, then you move in. The staff describes Cullen Park Apartments as a gated family community, with luxurious apartments. I lived there longer than I should have. It is flooded with roaches as well as mold coming thru walls that was never addressed. Aircondition leaked the whole time of lease never replaced. And the crime u are lucky if u don't get robbed getting out ur vehicle coming from work.
