If the management is so irresponsible, why don't the residents do something about it.
I am just wondering, who hired the management' why don't the residents complain to the one who employ the management' and ask to change the personnel of the management'

From what I've seen around here, plenty of people are taking active steps to improve the management situation. I personally believe it's just a matter of time - the complex hasn't been open for very long. So many of the complaints lodged here are legally actionable, and there are so few tenants that don't have some kind of legally actionable complaint, that I predict we will shortly see a class class action lawsuit at this property. I'm really totally mystified as to why the owner is leaving themselves open to this kind of liability. I do currently live here. I have not had any major problems yet and hope that I never do, because I know they will never get fixed. I strongly urge all the residents to deliver their complaints and requests in writing. Sign and date them, and keep copies. Keep a log of your interactions with the office.

We tried. Trust me. We tried over and over and over. I called every damn day and never got anywhere. Some of us don't have the time to file lawsuits and track down esoteric owners.
