Hi -----,
I went to my appointment yesterday at 10:15 - even calling beforehand and leaving a message to confirm - however, no on was in the office.
I in fact waited over 3/4 hr IN THE POURING RAIN for ------ to arrive.
I have been trying to rent an apt at Gramercy for over 2 weeks stopping by numerous times and making appts but apparantly you are not in the renting or apartment management business.
I hope to alert whoever owns the property to what a terrible job you are doing - drawing a salary but not even getting it together enough on numerous occasions to show an apartment.
I signed a lease somewhere else today.
Thank you for ruining my morning.

Why in the WORLD were you even considering renting here? Did you not read all the reviews on this place?? It's AWFUL. Living here has brought a whole new meaning to the concept of "poor management". You should be GRATEFUL that no one here ever keeps appointments!!!! Or else you might be stuck living here too!!
