Pro: Beautiful apartment. Especially the bathrooms.
Cons:This is the worst place that I've stayed so far. The apartment looks good and many have never been lived in but they are already falling apart. My air condition has broken 7-8 times in less than a year. The dishwasher broke. My rod in my closet broke. The dryer did not work because of a broken connection in the apartment. We did not have cable and internet for 2 months because the wiring was wrong and the company new it was going to be when we spoke on the phone. It seems to be a trend for all the apartments. Some of the outlets will blow out the rest of the apartment if things are plugged in. In my apartment, the internet outlet did not work in the office area because of bad wiring issues. What makes it even worse is that the office never answers the phone. So if you do not get off of work in time your air condition can be broken for days until you get in touch with them. Then, they supposedly fix it and it still doesn't work because they did not check that it worked before leaving.

My air conditioning has been fine and I've never had problems with outlets, but we've reinstalled new closet brackets a couple of times, and we're forever fixing the cheap door knobs. At least in my closet, the middle rod is just too long to support. I usually just fix things myself if possible and I can see how trying to get your air fixed would be a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone. Ever. I've called maybe 10 times and I've never talked to a person in the office or gotten a call back from the message I left.
