We leased an apartment at Gramercy Park and have been very upset with the property and the management. We were told that a washer/dryer was included and then told it was not after we moved in. We did not even have a fridge until several days after move in. We have found that Lola in the leasing office is very unprofessional and does not know one thing about the product she is trying to lease. We have also dealt with Margo. We were told she is the manager, but she is seldom on site. However, she is much more professional and pleasant to deal with. Before you consider this property, look around! There are some wonderful properties in the area that will offer so much more and service you so much better!
