been here couple of months now. goddamn expensive. office staff is rude as hell. nothing ever gets done. parking is disastrous. exercise eqipment constantly breaks down and office staff ignores problems about everything. there is trash and smell on every monday am as the trash chute backs up constantly. its like living in the worst poorest neighbourhood and yet the apartments are expensive as hell. Pool is like a small puddle. they should really decrease the prices of this place. the corridors smell like urine all the time. poor construction quality. lots of noise. many pets, only some cute. dogs barking in the apartments and on patios. people throw trash everywhere. cant wait till the lease is over to get out. the lease agreement has no clause to break the lease earlier. management says you are responsible for the whole year`s rent. No washer or dryer. ELECTRICITY bills off the roof. no choice of cable or dish.

Forgot about the exercise equipment in my earlier review - haven't even checked it out since last year, but then the only treadmill that ever worked would also stop suddenly in the middle of your workout, practically tossing you off the machine. Mentioned to the old office staff, who just suggested I learn to deal with it. Not at all concerned about the obvious hazard to safety in a common area.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!
I contacted them when I hadn't received any of my deposit back--it was a damn hefty deposit-- (even though I left a forwarding address and phone number) only to be told that I OWED THEM $70 for clean-up. THEY TOTALLY LIED!!! I scrubbed that place from top to bottom before I left! The ONLY thing I left behind were a few nail holes (4) and one short wall had to be repainted because when I used that blue sticky tack stuff the paint was so cheap it wouldn't come off cleanly. They also said that I owed them another day's rent because they didn't get the keys until the next day EVEN THOUGH I PUT THEM IN AN ENVELOPE AND DROPPED THEM IN THE MAIL SLOT--THEY WERE NEVER IN THE OFFICE!!! I was told that I had to talk to some collections person who basically said that because I didn't participate in a "walk-through" after move out that there was no way to prove my story and I would still owe the funds. This collections woman is THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH and I always end up hanging up on her because she won't let me get a word in edge-wise. When you move out, be sure to do the walk-through, take pictures, have witnesses...this is the most ludicrous experience I have ever had and I am genuinely sorry for those of you who are still stuck there. The building is disgusting, the people in the office are disgusting and the way they conduct business is disgusting. Best of luck to all.
