Hey frustrated neighbors,

Anyone want to get together to have a hall meeting about this place' I am no longer going to put up with this management or the noisy neighbors that keep us up all night. We have rights, too!

I think we all need to start taking the same actions when the noisy neighbors act up at all hours of the night.
