I just visited a condo that is around the corner from these apts...
The condos use to be for sale only but recently they opened the building for lease.
Only 44 units. All 1bd plans have 1.5 baths. Terrace with music, chairs, table, bbq, water fountain. Fitness center that is new with 4 LCD TV's.
Serento Condos on Dorrington is offering a promo for March:
2 months free with 12 month lease
free washer and dryer
free 2nd parking space (covered and underground)
$500 security deposit
Cable, water, trash are included in rent
Condo quality construction (common walls and floor/ceiling)
