The Augusta (formerly Gables Augusta)

2660 Augusta Drive, Houston, TX 77057

08/01/14 by Kdintz: I have lived at many apartment complexes and I have to say this is by far one of the nicest ones to live in. The apartments have a beautiful loft style, with very high ceilings. We have a gated community, mail room is accesible, beautiful pool area, state of the art gym with a personal trainer 3 times per week. What else could you ask for? I work night shift and sleep during the day so I was more

The Falls at Copper Lake

9140 Hwy 6 North, Houston, TX 77095

02/18/14 by boomer1220: Have lived here over a month, and everything has been great. It's nice to be able to use the onsite laundry facilities. Location is perfect. Everything you need is within 3 miles each way. Also great to walk around the lake. Toured a few other facilities, but chose this one due to Katrina's energy and passion for the job. Figured, she would be more likely to help me if I had more

07/03/14 by anonymous: Well first off I love the new changes they have made on the property, including landscaping, the gazebo, The park, and the mailboxes. I do however have an opinion on the pool, laundry rooms and patios. For the pool it seems to never be open but 2 to 3 times out of the week. The laundry rooms were just recently renovated and look awesome by the way, however the machines never seem to work. I feel more

AMLI on Eldridge Parkway (formerly Lodge On The Parkway)

1415 Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77077

06/20/14 by AngryAmerican1111: I heard that the Apartment manager asked a resident to take down his American flag b/c it threatened the Muslim community! This is America and we all have the right to wave the national flag proudly. You don't have the right to not be offended in this country. If someone is doing something that offends you then to bad! If its not breaking any laws then its allowed. That manager should be more

Breakers at Windmill Lakes

9750 Windwater Drive, Houston, TX 77075

08/04/14 by anonymous: Comparatively, this property is nicer than the ones surrounding it. However, as with every apartment complex there are pros and cons. Pros- -They have a beautiful lake (One of the main reasons why I wanted to move here so bad) -They apartments are nice and reasonably priced (although the rent is increasing tremendously) -The office staff are VERY nice! (At lease from my experience) -It's more

Easton Village Apartments

08/11/14 by bellanboost89: DO NOT LIVE HERE, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I have lived here for 1 year and I can't imagine having a worse experience. The assistant manager is very sweet but the manager if absolutely atrocious. This was a quiet and safe to live when we moved in we thought but it has very quickly turned the opposite. The nice and friendly neighbors were replaced with thugs and loud teenagers. The walk through more

Lodge at West Oaks

14913 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77082

06/24/14 by jocelynarmstrong: Terrible customer service, one of the biggest mistakes of my life was moving here. They only let you choose from 2 cable companies, cable people finally connected our cable 3 weeks after we ordered it. Apartments never fixed the running toilet and we've been here a month. Our electricity mysteriously got cut off and we have only lived here 3 weeks so far. Light company claims someone said our more

Marquette at Piney Point (formerly Camden Piney Point))

9100 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77063

02/26/14 by anonymous: When we moved to these apartments in 2009 they were operated by a different company, since then it has been sold twice, now it is owned by Camden. Rent was reasonable when we moved in, but after Camden bought it, rent went up almost 20%. First 3 years, we never had any safety concern, but the last year and a half our place was broken into twice. Camden management was more
