I leased a one bedroom study at 3000 Sage back in August. The staff was very friendly and courteous, but my decision to lease there was primarily due to the nice features in the homes and the awesome fitness center, e-lounge and TWO great pools. This is the fifth different apartment complex I've lived at and is by far the best. One thing that stands out is that I have not heard hardly any noise from neighbors. Part of this might be because the average renter here is a little more civilized and professional than in most apartment homes, but the staff has also told me that there is an unusually large amount of insulation between the units when compared to most apartment homes, so kudos to the builder for doing it right! Also, on the weekends, being able to walk over to the new section of the Galleria Mall is really great.
