All I have to say is this place is the bomb times two. The apartment people are very friendly, kudos to Becky and Greg for a job well done. Also, Monica and Lanaaaaawww (I can't spell her name, the managers there, are also very helpful and always willing to listen to any problems you might have with the building or staff. Sure, there are little problems here and there with the actual structure but that is to be expected from a brand new building. But what is most imporant, is once you advise the staff about it, its taken care of, point blank, as simple as that. The coffee bar is super, with free starbucks, and its not some fake stuff, its the real starbucks with whip cream and all, please don't read into the whip cream part. The work out room is outrageous, there is a plasma tv at every station plus there is even apples and refreshments. If you want to live in the heart of Uptown, and don't mind spending just a little more, this is the place for you. The security staff is also extremely courteous and I feel very safe seeing a security officer right at the gate every night I come home. Most apartment complex will tell you that, they have a guard but you never see them, you will see these guys for sure. But most importantly, and why I picked to move in here was because of Becky, the best leasing agent everrrrrrrrrrr. She was very understanding and willing to go that extra mile to help out, she even offered to stay late to contract me on the apartment because she knew I was working late. I owe her big time, I feel like I should buy her a nice pair of sunglasses or something. Ever time some kind of maintenance is done on my apartment, she will follow up to make sure its done right. Also, when she is not in, Greg, the other leasing guy is just as helpful, even though he probably didn't make a dime off of me because I didn't sign my lease with him. Because of Becky's effort, I have referred two of my friends to live there, and they both were so impressed with her professionalism, they both signed a contract. Whenever I can introduce anyone to 3000 Sage I am very proud to, its not just a house, its a HOME. Welcome to 3000 Sage!

Sounds like Becky wrote this!! What do you have to do to get good service from her? Be her friend on myspace or be a single guy??? Please let me know, maybe I should take my ring off!!
