Don't condescend on people just because you think you make more money than they do. Making more money doesn't make you any smarter. You clearly lack respect to the previous posting. I visited and yes, placed my deposit down on an apartment for the third floor (I didn't want to pay an extra $100 for a foot of more ceiling and travertine) but I did not move in because I had received a better offer and the noise level of neighbors doing normal things like walking in their apartment. For being charged $1.55 a sq. ft. in this complex, I'd rather save my money and buy other things (a house one day perhaps!) People that live on the SE side of town (let me remind you may HAVE MORE MONEY THAN YOU! IE...CLEAR LAKE, PEARLAND, KEMAH) so don't think for one second that just because you reside down the street from Macy's that you are better than anyone else. I hope you realize one day, what it may be like to be poor so you will not judge others for what they have. I realized when I walked through the doors at the leasing office that they only "treated certain customers" and not all. I am fully aware of that even though they did cater to me. If I am going to pay good money, I expect the service as well and less pretentious neighbors such as yourself.
