Unfortuntely people have bad experiences, I know I have. I love this property though! The staff is so-so, some are nice, others are well-snobish. Aside from that the gym is the best I've seen and the pools are very pretty. You can not beat the location either. Apts. are what they are and you can not controll everything, so deal with what you can controll, soak up the single life, then buy a house.
