3000 Sage

I've lived in 3000 Sage for a little over a month now and so far I am satisfied.

Pluses:
1.) The management / leasing team is great
2.) The location is exceptional -- walking distance to the Galleria, easy access to the loop, 59, etc.
3.) The property is well-maintained
4.) Very secure -- there's a security guard when I get home at night and he is still there when I leave in the morning.

Minuses:
1.) I have one of the upgraded apartments, and I also have noticed that the travertine floors and granite countertops are not sealed.
2.) I don't like the parking garage.

It's made of steel and there are columns every two parking spaces.

The columns force you to park very close to the cars around you, which means door dings are inevitable.
3.) Sometimes the water cooler / paper towel machine in the gym will be empty for days.
4.) Not enough lounge chairs at the pools.
