As posted before..... where to even begin..... management, noise, construction problems, etc.... who cares about all the amenties when your quality of life here is so poor.... you talk about noise..... my neighbors would be shocked if I told them what I overhear them talking (not yelling)about.... gas-powered leaf blowers at 7:20am every morning out side your window..... every new place has teething problems, but come on.... this is truly a joke..... I read the negative posts and can't agree more with them.... When looking at other properties I mention how bad 3000 Sage is and they say I'm not the first person to say something.... If only i was warned before moving here..... I just feel sorry for those renters who get suckered into renting here.... I could go on but will wait to see a response for now.... just know you have been WARNED!!
