Where to start' This place is over-hyped and over-priced. We started having problems the minute we moved in. The first night we spent at the apartment, we found out that we could hear our neighbors talking. TALKING!!! They weren't yelling, they were having normal conversations!! It sounded like they were sitting in our living room! Imagine what it sounds like when you have upstairs neighbors! When we asked management about it, they assured us that this place was built with triple-grade insulation, whatever that means. Maybe they paid for it, but didn't get it.

Let's see, what else'' Oh yeah. They were so cheap when building this place that there is no separate light switch for the lights and the fan in the bathrooms. So when you turn the lights on, the exhaust fan comes on. That's a lot of fun when your husband/wife/partner goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night!

Don't get me wrong. My wife and I wanted to live here. We were looking forward to it as the property looks great. They did an excellent job designing the place. Too bad they didn't take that much care into building it. Living here has been an absolute nightmare.

Do yourself a huge favor and pass on 3000 Sage. You'll regret living here regardless of how long it's for. Why pay over $1000/month when there is no parking, you can hear the conversations your neighbors have, and your upstairs neighbors sound like they're wearing 100lbs weights around their ankles'
