RUN...DON'T WALK!

I cannot believe that a developer would take such a nice location where they can make the most awsome property where people would be on waiting lists to get in and make such a piece of S*@T! Did they so research before making such an investment' not to mention the even snobier leasing team to run it!! This property should be 99% leased but they are begging for people to rent.

They gave us so much headache when we wanted to sign our lease because both my husband and I own our own businesses and our income criteria did not match according to our tax record.

We had to get signed statements from our bank but now everytime I look around there are drug dealers and strippers moving in everyday.

The quality of building materials used is just the bare minimum to meet the building codes and we have had to call them to fix EVERYTHING! oh, I forgot to mention that it takes 3 or 4 phone calls and a few days to fix something.

The parking lot is so small in width that two cars barely pass going opposite directions.

There should be a warning sign at every turn because you never see the other car comming.

so much to say but no time.

I'm just going to say...RUN...Away from this place.
