The management seems nice on the surface, but there is no consideration for extinuating circumstances at a time when everything is an extinuating circumstance for hurricane victims.
"Business as usual" says the management...

Maybe when Houston floods and YOU have to deal with living in two places at once, you'll find an apartment management team who actually sees that as a human issue.
I can't afford all of your extra little hidden built in money making fees right now! Thanks for not giving a damn.
As we discussed on the phone today, the fees should not have been slapped on us due to the repeat notice we gave you.
We will be sending a letter to the better business bureau.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR NOTICES TO MANAGEMENT!!!
