I recently moved out, but would recommend to others -- good for folks in their 20s and 30s.
Here are the pros and cons as I see it:
1) Awesome exercise room and pools (really appreciate that in light of the Houston summers)
2) Good location (right across from the Galleria)
3) Fun social events thrown by the management every month - everyone worth knowing in the complex tends to be there (offsets con #1 - "the antisocial neighbor")
4) Nice interiors / materials
5) Fast maintenance
6) Friendly management / sales staff
7) I've personally never had any noise issues
Cons:
1) The neighbors / residents are not very outgoing -- most people tend to stick to themselves (only knew the name of one of my surrounding neighbors)
2) Why build such a nice building in such a premier location and not finish the hallways (no A/C and painted red cement floors)''
