My husband and I live in a building that is more isolated from the main part. We never hear our neighbors (and we're on the ground floor) and we always have parking front row. The apartment is beautiful, and we haven't had any maintenance issues yet. It is very annoying that the light and fan only have one switch in the bathroom - not only do you wake up people if you go in the middle of the night, but it sucks when all you want to do is comb your hair or put on your make-up and the stupid exhaust fan is blowing loud in your ear. Major design oops. I've been recommending these apartments to my friends - the ammenities are fabulous - the gym is the best gym in any apartment complex I've ever lived in, and it's always kept up (the machines aren't broken all the time, and any missing free weights are replaced). Also the trainer here is very nice and has good prices. The management is helpful when you ask them questions, but there is an air of snobbiness about them (they kind of look you up and down when you walk in to see if your clothes and bags are designer). but hey, if that's what they need to feel special, whatever.

Overall, I've had a good time here. Will most likely renew lease, but I live in the "quiet" part of the building.

***One big annoying factor - club Roxy is down the street, and when I was 18 I loved the "cars that go boom" - but now I hate it, and in the middle of the night the bassing cars go by and drive you crazy. It is so annoying, that club needs to be closed down. Or at least only open on Friday and Saturday nights!!

I've lived in several Houston apartment complexes looking for luxury rentals and it seems you never really get what you think you're getting. For the most part this place has been one of the best (we've lived in the medical center, midtown, and "condoland")

If you really want luxury there are some apartments near uptown park (I think they're called the lofts at post oak) that are extremely exclusive - but then you're paying $3000 a month, and personally, I think that's a waste of money. SO for what you get, I like 3000 Sage (but then again I live in the "quiet" building)!! It's smack dab in the middle of the galleria area, and if you love to be out and about this is a great location.

I have lived at Sage for over a year now and I agree with almost everyone that you had previously written except for the comment about the management. I have lived in several apartments and I have seen my share of snotty management. The girls in the office are geniunely kind and thoughtful. If you got to know them you would see that there is not a shred of arrogance about them. They love their jobs and it shows!

Yes, the girls are truly unique and down to earth people! We love it here!
