It seems like every couple of days we are getting emails about apartments and cars being broken into. The apartment sends out a generic email explaining that we should make sure our doors are locked and have alarms activated.

Just yesterday 6 units were broken into. The management at this complex is useless. They don't do anything about the situation except raise rents. They should use some of the money they are ripping people off and hire more security and put cameras in.

This complex is overpriced and the security is terrible. There are much safer complexes for the money.

I am considering to purchase a unit here. What are your thoughts. will owning one be a mistake or a great invesment?
