Slight noise problem only blemish.

I have lived at 3000 Sage for four months. My only complaint is the noise, which I will adress later.
The plusses are many - the fitness center is among the best I have seen anywhere, the pools are sparkling, and generally the facility is well maintained. The people are friendly, and the happy hours that are sponsored by management give you a chance to meet other residents should you care to do so. The presence of a night security guard is reassuring, though this is far from a bad part of town. The apartments themselves are beautifully appointed and clean, with spacious floor plans and a simple, easy to navigate layout.
There are only to negatives, one a relatively minor one. The minor issue is the grills - on occasion they do not function properly. More serious is the noise issue. I live below an unoccupied unit, so cannot speak to inter-floor transfer of noise, but the side walls are painfully thin - at night I can hear a spoken conversation in the unit next door clear enough to understand the content. Mind you, this is without even the slightest effort at eavesdropping. If privacy is a massive concern for you, I would reccomend looking elsewhere. Otherwise, the noise level is not substantially above what one would expect in any apartment community. Overall a very good place to live.
