I've lived here for a little less than a year and have not had roach or ant problems. My only complain is that I can hear my neighbor sing and his bed squeek at 3am on a Saturday night. Everyone at the office is very nice and a pleasure to deal with, excluding Becky. I have never seen someone be so rude as this lady and get away with it.

One maintenance man also has a problem with women. He likes to hit on my girlfriend and I have personally caught him stop walking to sit and stare at a woman.

Other than that the apartments are very nice and the area cannot be beat. The apartments next door are nothing compared to 3000 Sage. I have been looking at other apartments in the area and nothing beats this, for this price range.

I agree with you about Becky! You hit it right on the nail!You have to ask 2 or 3 times before she will actuaslly take action with any problems you bring to her, because she is usually to busy discussing her personal life with someone!!! How does Management not see this???

Yea! You are so right! I HATE BECKY. She's a damn fat ass -----! But I do disagree with you about the apts next door. EVERY SINGLE PERSON at the Gables next door is outrageously nice. They are so happy in there and my friends love it in there. It's not like here... the way I hate going into the damn office. They are so welcoming over there. I toured an apartment over there a few weeks ago and I love that larger two bedroom floor plan. I'm so there after I'm done with these last two months here. Oh yea, and their pool is the best. So much sun!
