ok, on first appearance this place looks good, however beware there is a very noisy bar just accross the road and every Friday and Sat night it blasts out music until about 3am, we are not just talking background music here, we are talking LOUD actually really loud music, so if you want to sleep forget moving here.

The staff are ok on the most part but having read the other comments about Becky I can only agree, she is not interested in helping you or advising on anything at all. My advice is go some place else, this place is just not worth the wad of cash and there is no shortage of better places around Sage Road.

Does anyone in the corporate office of (Morgan Group) ever read any of these reviews, I have never seen so many negative responses involving one employee and nothing being done about it! I do not see anything improving either, the most recent incident in the garage we recieved notification on was a resident was robbed at gun point and put in the trunk of his car!!! very safe! I think not!!! Wake up management!

The new manager..like thats supposed to make me feel warm and fuzzy.. give me a brake. Rubbish all over the place, access doors wont open, the door to the gym dose not work, im scared to go in the pool for fear of catching something bad its so disgusting, my advise to anyone is steer clear, you will only wish you had not signed a long lease for this place

Place is terrible. We moved in a few weeks ago and are already on the verge of cancelling the lease. The pool is raunchy and unmaintained (stains everywhere; trash and foliage all over the place). The gym door does not work at all so you can't even access it. Even the longterm residents say this has been a problem for over 6 months. How hard is it to call someone to fix the door? From the single time i've even been able to see the gym, I noticed that one of their massage chairs dosen't even work. Works for 10 minutes and then dies with an error signal. Coffee in the business center is never stocked. Fax and printer don't work. You would think that from all the money spent in rent that this would be fixed. The office does not even listen to your pleas for repairing broken items in the community. This is unacceptable for a community that charges $1300 plus for a 1 bedroom apartment. The girls that work in the office are rude and completely unhelpful. I am in no way exagerating. I will be contacting corporate on Monday with a few other residents.
