The apartment itself is very nice inside, and the building has great amenities. But there is way to much noise. The current person above my apartment plays loud booming music every hour of the day, as the previous one. Because the 4th floor has wooden floors, you need to be aware that every step, and every stomp is clearly heard. So, if you are thinking of moving here, please take that into consideration. Either move onto the 4th floor or don't move in here!! But the top floor is also pretty pricey.

The new management is totally useless. There have been several complaints about loud noises and she (for some reason) is siding with the individual making the loud noise, agreeing with them when they said "they're not being loud" - if hammering furniture at 1 am is fine by the management, I'm not sure where the "curteousy" factor comes into play.

Bottom line.. the management here at the Sage just "doesn't get it" - if you have a problem with the other tenants, it seems like you have to take matters into your own hands and solve it - because they sure won't. And she's not the friendliest either... definitely needs to take a course on customer service. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I completely agree! Someone at Morgan group needs to do a customer Service review at 3000 Sage. If they ( The Staff) treated the current tennants like we actually mattered maybe the Signs wouldnt be getting BIGGER offering 2 months free! How about appreciate the tennants you have! This current manager is a Joke, and I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone like her that lacks such class, and customer service skills! Someone needs to get a clue! No matter what you bring to her, she makes you feel like either it doesnt matter, it's YOUR fault or basically it's not worth her time!!! What ever happened to good customer service, especially in these times, Shouldnt you appreciate the Business you have, not do your best to drive it away!!!!

on a further note.. random people have been knocking on our doors and actually BANGING on our doors, trying to open our door with their keys supposedly (saying that they were at the wrong apt). Do yourself a favour, and get out!..

Wow, I have not had this experience, I like her. She has always been very nice to me and my other friends that live here. I have lived here for a couple of years and let me tell you this place looks a lot better than it use to. T
