AVOID 3333 AT ALL COSTS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   3333 is a poorly-built, very overpriced complex, with arrogant and unresponsive management. DON'T BE FOOLED - it is all surface glitz - once you live there you will realize that the building is a very, very, overpriced pile of crap. I can't wait for my lease to end - I'm so tired of hearing the neighbors above me thump around, drop things on the floor, flush their toilet...all this and they have carpet, not the hardwood floors that are more common! Also, I forgot to mention the wonderful sewage smells every night, the incessant hammering and drilling, music at 3AM,... And they are now selling these things as luxury condos...at least my lease eventually comes to an end
