Westchase Forest Apartments

11355 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77082

09/20/14 by anonymous: I've visited this place twice. The leasing agents are so lazy and rude that I've yet to actually see an apartment. At the prices they're charging, in this neighborhood, I hope the management knows that one reason their apts are not filled to capacity is because the agents are too lazy to show the apartments. I went on a Sunday and it was really crowded. I waited about 10 mins. No more

Woodlake On the Bayou

9449 Briar Forest, Houston, TX 77063

10/24/14 by James416: Community is very well kept for the age of the property. The entire staff is very helpful and try to do their best to take care of any questions or requests you have in a timely manner. Quiet community for as large as the property is. Close to Memorial City, City Centre, and the Galleria. Overall a good place to live, a lot of trees to shade the property, park and tennis courts available as well more

Wyndham Park (formerly Camden Wyndham

905 Cypress Station Dr., Houston, TX 77090

10/20/14 by anonymous: I was actually happy when we first moved here. We been here for a while now and we have seen how much everything has changed, and not for the better! I don't even know where to begin honestly. From the prices going up ridiculously to safety issues. Well let me start by the prices...not worth for the prices. Children don't even have a playground! Therefore, you will see children playing more

Calais at Courtlandt Square

3210 Louisiana Street, Houston, TX 77006

09/08/14 by anonymous: Okay, so people always post the bad and never the good. I personally do not like when people talk about the place i live because it makes me, as a resident look bad. I've had maybe one bad experience out of the two going on three years I have been living here. Where ever you live, you are going to encounter some type of problem. Pricing for the location is ideal. I love the access to the more

Mansions at Turkey Creek Apartments

11950 FM 1960 West, Houston, TX 77065

07/19/14 by muchmoretoit: Horrible staff. Ive been here for 3 almost 4 years and last month the office gave someone else access to my garage. They went through my things and even had thrown away some of it, which the assistant manager pulled out of the dumpster herself. The people they gave access to tried to hotwire my car resulting in the fuse box blowing out, they cut of my alarm and ripped off the panel under the dash. more

Oak Forest Apartments

1370 Afton Street, Houston, TX 77055

04/29/14 by anonymous: I HATE THESE APARTMENTS! I moved here because it was convenient and practically home. I lived here as a kid (forgot all the problems we had then). Management NEVER steps in when there problems that the leasing agents can not help with! They look for any and every little reason to rip you off! My rent is $660 and they tried to say I owed $55 because it was 800??!!! Where was the math done more
