Great This is the safest place I've ever felt. There are security cameras in the parking lots so that you don't have to worry about your car. You need a remote to get to the assigned parking for residents and a gate code to go through the walk-in. It's a very small complex and each unit

A lot of CRIME The apartments are large, rent is cheap, but everything else is a negative. You can hear everything your neighbors do, crime is rampant and management doesn't give a crap. They are hardly ever there too and barely answer phones.

Great Place to live----Like a Hotel I moved to Gramercy in during July, 2009. I could not have asked for a nicer place to live. The management has been super. Every time I need something, they come to the rescue. The place is like living in a hotel. They even change the light bulbs.
