12750 Briar Forest Dr, Houston, TX 77077

08/21/14 by anonymous: Rude management I have ever seen. We rented an appartment here and payed all the fees and set the moving date but just two weeks before moving they called us and said the previous resident isnot moving out ontime so we have to move in one week later and they did not even appologize for that and they say they are not responsible for this inconvenience and when we told them what should we for that more

Limestone Apartments (formerly Serrano)

14723 West Oaks Plaza Street, Houston, TX 77082

06/04/14 by anonymous: I've lived at Limestone apartments since August of 2011, so almost 3 years. When my lease is up in August I will be moving. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 798 sqft apartment. If you are living by yourself it is a great sized apartment but its me, my boyfriend, our dog, and our cat. It was perfect size when we moved in for the price but now almost 3 years later the price is crazy for such a more

Mansions at Turkey Creek Apartments

11950 FM 1960 West, Houston, TX 77065

07/19/14 by muchmoretoit: Horrible staff. Ive been here for 3 almost 4 years and last month the office gave someone else access to my garage. They went through my things and even had thrown away some of it, which the assistant manager pulled out of the dumpster herself. The people they gave access to tried to hotwire my car resulting in the fuse box blowing out, they cut of my alarm and ripped off the panel under the dash. more

Metro Midtown (formerly AMLI Midtown Apartments)

2350 Bagby Street, Houston, TX 77006

08/04/14 by ejr: My roommate and I just signed our fourth year-long lease here and have stayed at Metro for several reasons. Here's our take... We started out in a 2/1 (959 sq. ft.), and I had the smaller bedroom. My room was oddly shaped and the closet was small compared to that of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the apt situation was good. Could have use a bit more storage space more

Oak Grove

10800 Barley Ln, Houston, TX 77070

07/29/14 by mandy_esq: I have lived at Oak Grove for about 5 months and so far so good. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone of my friends/family. It is a nice, quiet complex and everyone seems very friendly. And for the area it is in, it is very affordable! The staff is always so helpful. Britney has helped me out so much and even when I see her outside of the office she always asks me how I am more

The Oaks of Timbergrove (formerly Buckingham Village)

1700 Seaspray Court, Houston, TX 77008

08/01/14 by anonymous: Under new management, expect miracles and the condition of the apartments to somehow change because of this. Last management was pretty bad, new management is alright but nothing special. Minor cosmetic modifications are being made to these apartments to increase price. Over the last few months some cosmetic painting has been done on the street view apartments as well as some landscaping again more

Traces Loft Apartments

5110 Azalea Trace Drive, Houston, TX 77066

03/04/14 by jerky111: Fleas, fleas and more fleas! Hope you like them! The name should be called Smoke Flea. Had to keep my pants tucked in my socks then spray with Raid (I know, not the healthiest thing but I was trying to keep from being eaten alive). The management was supposed to come by and experience the flea-dom and see just how bad the fleas were...ahhhh, they never made it over. The rats--catching more

Trails Of Timber Creek

5315 Timber Creek Place Dr, Houston, TX 77084

04/01/14 by happyresidentateight-6: My husband and I have lived here for about a year now. It is a very quiet community. The landscaping company is doing a very good job keeping up the appearance of the property. Every time I have submitted a maintenance request to Minessa or Leslie they send someone to my apartment within 24 hours. The interior of the apartments are decent for the amount of rent. Brown cabinets, fireplace, more

1819 South Braeswood Boulevard, Houston, TX 77030

07/07/14 by anonymous: Numerous apartment break ins have occurred during daylight hours (several in the past few weeks and the last one was today, 7/7/14). Staff does not alert residents to these break ins, so that residents can take precautions. Gates to the community are broken for weeks at a time therefore anyone can enter the complex. Security is nonexistent and personnel are completely unconcerned with more
