Worth it - I agree this is a very nice place to live. I've been here since Feb. 2009. So far its been great. I live in a one bedroom and it's huge. I this think the grounds are beautiful and I feel comfortable walking my dog at night here. I haven't seen the shady people walking around though. I have seen (minorities) but that doesnt bother me. This is america!!!! I looked at many places before ...Full review of Easton Village Apartments

All good - nothing great - I've lived in Post Midtown Square for 4 months now. I like it but I don't love it. Goods: Repairs are handled well and usually pretty quickly. Facilities are average but well maintained for the most part. Parking is tough but usually available. The location is fantastic. There are tons of restaurants, shops, diners, and bars within walking distance. Utlities are reasonable. ...Full review of Post Midtown Square

pretty complex but below average staff - i've been living here for a while and so far its been quite enjoyable. they keep everything clean and the residents seem friendly and mostly keep to themselves. only complaint i have is that the staff doesnt really seem to care about you and it feels like they only want your money..i guess that hows most apartments work so i dont really blame them on that but certain staff members are pretty ...Full review of Reserve at Woodwind Lakes

Not a bad place to live, but be a savvy renter! - After four years of living in the same apartment, I finally moved on last October to move into my own home. The staff changed a few times, Gables came on as the management company, replacing the owner-run office from when I moved in. When I first moved in, the property was not full, and was not marketed well. Therefore, it was a much quieter property than it was when ...Full review of The Essex

Cats & Dogs MAJOR problem with curbing pets - CONS:Watch your step! You will probably step into cat & dog crap. Most do NOT pick up after their animals. You see the same group of people walking with a dog or two. Allowing their dogs to crap all over the place right outside your door almost daily! Cats? They have quite of few of them that are allowed to roam all over the complex. You see the cats on the roofs, lounging on your back ...Full review of Oaks Of Westchase Apartments

Best place so far since moving to Houston 2 years ago... - I love it here..i DO live right by the pool and yes it gets frustrating at times, but it is just laid back here..Parking used to be a big issue when all units are pretty much full. Staff is ok..They accomodate you to the best of their legal abilities..I would reccommend giving it a try..SEE IF U CAN get a resident who lives here to provide a referral and go half with you on the new lease ...Full review of Woods Of Inverness Apartments

This place reminds me of a song - Down and Down we go...round and round we go... First note is that this complex is over 5 years old. We moved here in January of '08. Had a great management staff that actually cared about tenants. They would even help carry large packages to the apartment. Then in May of '08 there was a large change in staff. Since then no help, instead of replacing broken appliances they repair ...Full review of AMLI Memorial Heights

I loved it - I had no problems with this apartment at all. It was a nice place that I could defitinely call home. The problems people had with roaches is crap because if you keep your place clean and the people around you do the same, then you should barely see roaches. The only thing I believe they should fix is their laundry machines and the aspect of the laundry room. The apartments are clean so should ...Full review of Broadmoor Apartments

Quality has gone downhill compared to two years ago. Poor management - I have not received a copy of my lease after making 5 different separate requests by e-mail. Found TV left on when I returned from work on two separate occasions; no explanation given by management when questionned if someone had gone in to my apartment without my knowledge. EZ tag keeps breaking; been parking out on the street. Sent multiple e-mails to management re: replacement of EZ tag; no ...Full review of Gables 6464

Not a perfect paradise but best in area - Although the rent is a bit high, overall I like the complex. The people in the office are friendly and helpful, you just have to make sure to put maintenence IN WRITING or they tend to forget. The gym is nice and the hot tub works most of the time. Tiny washateria but w/d connections in every unit. There are a fair amount of neighbors that are rude or messy but so far the office has ahd ...Full review of The Promenade Cullen Park
