08/08/14 by anonymous: Worst place I have ever been to. I didn't even get to move in it was such a problem. The price wasn't bad for the location and the leasing staff was pleasant when you first meet them. But, as soon as something is wrong they turn, they tried to put me in an apartment with water damage, holes in the walls, wires sticking out, and so much more. They paint, but not the things that matter... more

08/15/14 by Verified Resident: So far, everything seems fairly nice. I have only lived here for a few weeks, but the staff seems helpful and the facilities are, in general, pretty nice. There are some sort of sloppy things, like less than careful paint jobs, missing trim, and stuff like that. Overall though, it seems fine. more

08/14/14 by anonymous: BUGS! No matter how many times they spray or how clean I keep my apartment there are always small roaches, etc. it's disgusting. The new management (July 2014) is horrible. They don't care about the tenants at all. They've created a new parking system where all visitors who are parked from 10 pm - 10 am have to pay $5 or they will get towed!! This is northwest Houston, not downtown, more

12/20/13 by anonymous: Well is so easy to seat and give bad review, but in my opinion nobody that realy have a good experiense get the time to do it, I live in there it was my first time renting an apartament and it was exellent, i never have a complain on them, maybe because i pay on time and in the way I asked was the clue for me to get the best of them. God Bless them! more

08/31/13 by anonymous: 3 I have lived in Aspen Apt for 2 years now and I must say I have never had a problem with the Leasing Office. If I need something fixed or any help at all they are always willing to help out. Mintenance's are always respectful and get the job done right away I have never had a problem with either of them and they always explain to me what the issue is and what they did to fix it. The apt more

02/18/14 by anonymous: I have been here for a year now. Many reviewers find it bad. However, I find it really nice. If you keep the apartment clean, you will rarely see a roach. The pool is not clean, that is right but it is not a big issue for me. Parking lots have been lately organized and no more issues with that. Concerning safety, I don't advise you to walk outside in the neighborhood (though I more

08/12/14 by QuantumLeper: Hope you like people blasting music at all hours of the day and fellow neighbors seemingly either being able to sleep through it otherwise not care. I've politely asked several neighbors on a few occasions if they could keep it down, because I really don't feel like hearing the local R&B station at 1 a.m. on a Wednesday, and there's a 50/50 chance of anything happening. Either they more

07/10/14 by mizelle: PROS: Security is always on point, but only one security officer really does their job. The pool is nice and clean except when there is a holiday and everyone and their mom comes out and takes a dip, then the water stays merky for a couple of days. Gym is decent. Crime is low. Majority of tenants are young professionals. Many highways/restaurants nearby. Best location for the more

08/04/14 by anonymous: Do not move here. It's over priced for what you have to deal with. The management doesn't care about your complaints. I just received a notice, after being a day late... For the first time in 6 months... The notice stated I would be locked out and a lien put on my things in one week if my total amount due is not paid. No partial payments. I have been a scholar tenant. I was promised to more
