Best place for low-incomers that want a peace of mind - It's cheap, appliances are old, interior are decent for its age. They keep repainting it to make it looks newer but it's ok. Exterior are apparently old. Watch out for the toilet sometimes. Mine was leaking water into the bowl -> lowered pressure -> wouldn't flush.
